Baker Financial Group (BFG), led by James Baker, has approximately $150,000,000 in Assets Under Management and our annual Gross Dealer Concession is currently over $750,000. BFG has an office in Dover, PA which is near Harrisburg, and a second office in Shrewsbury, PA which is near the Maryland line and within 30 minutes of Baltimore. BFG currently has no debt, and past sellers have received 100% of their purchase price. Our practice has a G2 arrangement in place with two G2 advisors and our team consists of three licensed financial advisors, an administrative assistant, and third-party support via virtual assistants. We consider your workforce an asset and will endeavor to retain existing staff. We have an experienced in-house integration team with a consistent record of high client retention.
We currently target practices for acquisition which range in size from $50,000,000 to $125,000,000 in Assets Under Management. Our ideal seller locations would be in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Florida, but we would be interested in a seller in any state depending on size, production, demographics, and the methods by which existing clients are being cared for. Our target seller profile includes firms that provide financial planning to their clients and have systems in place that accommodate quality investment advice and products. We find value in advisory accounts, SMAs, UMAs, direct mutual funds, direct stock accounts, retail brokerage accounts, variable annuities, and fixed annuities. We prefer acquisition arrangements where the seller plans to exit the business in three to eighteen months.
